SPLIT/DROP SHIPMENTS
Production Time:
-Orders utilizing split/drop shipments directly to recipients will be availible for shipment 10 business days from factory's receipt of complete and accurate mailing list.
-Drop/Split Shipment List Transmission Lists sent via email must reference the Distributor name and the Distributors P.O.# in the subject line of the email.
-Emails without this information will not be accepted.
** Charges listed below are in addition to standard UPS and FedEx charges.**
Split Shipment Charges: (Multiple units to multiple locations)
-$7.50(g) per address. Covers Packaging and Labor.
-More than 10 locations require a list in the format posted on the top of this page.
Drop Shipment Charges: (Individual units to multiple locations also require mailers)
-Disk or e-mail list with information in requested format above $3.00 (g) per address.
-Disk or e-mail list with info in other than requested format above $4.00 (g) per address
-Type written or faxed list $4.50 (g) per address.
Bulk Shipment & Drop Shipment Mailers:
-Individual Drop Shipments require mailers. Available for each product we produce.
-Insert product into mailer and ship bulk to one location add, $1.50(g) pp to the mailer charge.
-Drop Ship Mailers can also be purchased and shipped in bulk without product insertion.
-TR48, SQ64 and FBTR $2.25(g).
-FB36, SQ32, Wood Box, TR24, Large/Small Chocolate Box and 1lb truck $2.00(g).
-TR16, SQ16, FB16, EC6A, EC6C, EC6CT, EC6AT, EC6ABR, EC6CBR and CFB, $1.50(g).
-All others, $1.25(g).
Export Shipments:
-Shipping cost plus $20(g) per destination; covers additional paperwork required.
-International shipments are shipped only via UPS and FedEx.
-International duties and taxes are billed at a later date, if needed.
-We are not responsible for errors appearing in International addresses provided.
Mailings & Insertions:
-Card insertions, add .10(g) per piece, if cards are identical.
-Cards needing to be matched to individual recipients add $2.00(g) per card.
-If cards must be enclosed in provided envelopes add .50(g).
Holiday Gift Cards:
-Gift Cards are available with adding the same message on all gift cards.
-$2.00(g) each. Includes insertion.
